Media Performance Specialist Manager 

Team: Growth & Client 

Reporting to: Group Account Director 

Location: Hybrid Poland

 

Who you are:

  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to deliver social campaigns, both performance oriented and innovative
  • Quick to pick up new skills and calm in being a part of building a new Brainlabs team in Poland
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing Paid social accounts
  • Influencer activation or cooperation would be an added advantage
  • Social Innovation and Testing Initiatives
  • GA4 knowledge, Programmatic or paid Search experience would be an added advantage but not a must

 

What you will do:

  • Implement and optimise campaigns across social platforms.
  • Assist in auditing team campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to developing effective media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage day-to-day digital media campaigns, focusing on budget management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and media channels to build comprehensive plans.
  • Lead campaign strategy, analyse performance, and drive improvements.
  • Produce reports to articulate optimisation methodologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Demonstrate success through achieving set KPIs and provide training to team members.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and social and landscape, using this knowledge to ensure delivery of best-in-class campaigns for our clients.

 

Who you are:

  • A polish speaker with communication english skills (as for the first months you will be trained and you will hare work with UK team) 
  • You enjoy collaborating with multicultural teams
  • Enjoy and understand social landscape
