About the role

We’re looking for a Transcreation Specialist to join our team. If you’re keen to support us on our mission to be the best agency in the world, take a look at what we have on offer:
As Transcreation Project Manager we’d like you to:
- Manage transcreation projects for small to midsize client accounts (5-10), mainly across our SEO and Retail Media & Amazon products
- Forge a strong relationship with our account teams as their primary point of contact for transcreation delivery for your key accounts
- Report into our Transcreation project manager and support them on transcreation delivery for our biggest accounts
- Being accountable for timely delivery and quality assurance of all transcreation projects
- Be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with translators, either freelancers or permanent employees
- Manage capacity of both internal and external resource and find solutions for potential capacity conflicts
- Have a working knowledge (not fluency) of multiple languages, especially the most common EMEA languages, and the challenges that might impact scoping for multi-regional projects
- Handle translator briefing and queries via Monday or Asana boards
- Note, part of the role will also entail project managing incoming Amazon content briefs
All sounds great right? So here’s what we are looking for:
- Ability to communicate directly with clients, account teams, and delivery teams in a clear and empathetic way
- Experience with common project management software, with an emphasis on Monday and Asana
- Experience with common outsourcing platforms such as YunoJuno and Upwork
- Comfort with working with data, particularly using tools like Google Sheets & Excel. The ability to present data in a way that supports your arguments and conclusions without requiring the client to understand every detail
- Proactive and solutions-focused
