Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

What you’ll do 

  • Client management, retention and growth
    • Day to day management of influencer clients. 
    • You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships into upsells and growing client accounts with a long term mindset.
    • Effectively evaluate campaigns, creating compelling PCAs that are insight driven. 
  • Commercial acumen; understand profitability and contribution margin for client groups, using influencer knowledge and experience to strategically grow accounts. Understand how to report on ROI for our clients to show value in our product offering.
  • New business support; be an active voice in developing commercially viable offerings for new clients. 

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Evidence of managing a large portfolio of high spending clients.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing clients.
  • Demonstrable experience of building an internal team presence - championing influencer products to wider business, leading sessions, knowledge sharing.
  • A highly organized individual who has an eye for detail and can work to multiple project deadlines.

You will be evaluated based on how you live our culture code every day in addition to key objectives for the role:

  • An account supervisor is a strategic thinker and uses their powers of persuasion and negotiation to create profitable partnerships with clients. 
  • Be seen as an Influencer expert to large clients and a trusted source of information across how it fits into the broader marketing strategy
  • Be an always on learner, finding opportunities to develop and learn and share them with the wider team
