What's the role
As a Senior Manager in the Influencer practice, you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your Influencer knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverables and the wider team around you. You will help to define and execute on the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimized further.

What you do
- Act as the point of contact for our clients on day to day tasks, leading client meetings and fostering key relationships
- Oversee and project manage Influencer campaigns from end-to-end, including client management, budget oversight, creator prospecting, content launch and reporting
- Work with Specialists and Associates to drive action items forward
- Lead cross-sell strategy and serve as the trusted advisor to clients
- Advise on and support new business pitches
- Contribute to developing best-practice roadmap so that our Influencer offering is continually developing
- Mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge
Who you are
- Strong Influencer Marketing track record with 2-3 years of experience.
- Passionate about your craft.
- Demonstrable success in optimizing Influencer campaigns and creator relationships, and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
- A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
