What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our EMEA Finance team. You will have various accounting responsibilities with a primary function of managing PO allocation and invoicing reconciliation of one of our largest clients.
Our Finance Manager will have great organizational skills and attention to detail, will have a willingness to jump in and help out across all finance functions and have the capability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. This role will also be cross-trained and serve as a backup for other roles within the department.

- Solitary - You will work as an integral part of the EMEA finance team as well as the group finance function across the globe.
- Boring! - This is a fast-paced industry. We have a high volume of New Business deals in our pipeline and this job will play an important role when those deals are won.
- Micro-managed - Upon training, you will be trusted to fulfill your roles and responsibilities and to give 110% into helping the future growth of Brainlabs.
Give me a breakdown of what an Associate Accountant at Brainlabs does:
Client portfolio management (80%)
- Maintain Brand reconciliation
- Allocate PO’s to campaigns
- Invoicing
- Allocate client receipts on finance system (Xero)
- Build relationships with client partners and client
- Build relationships with client accounts payable teams
- Manage client queries
- Manage client payment platform ( Citibank)
- Work with the finance manager & Accounts payable on Media reconciliations
- Manage internal slack channel
Ad-hoc Reporting (20%):
- Audit support
- Ad-hoc reporting as requested

- Strong Communication and organizational skills

How will I know I am doing it right
Your primary metric to success is the ability to produce accurate reconciliations within the month-end reporting timelines as well as by maintaining accurate cash-flow analysis throughout the month.
