Reporting to: Managing Director Influencer
Location: London
As an expert in Influencer marketing, you will build and lead a cost-effective delivery team for our clients. You’ll lead the continuous development of the Influencer team by growing skills and knowledge internally. You’ll champion the adoption of technology to support highly efficient processes that deliver consistently brilliant work for our clients.
In this role you will:
- You’ll deliver the Influencer practice profitability through efficient processes, automation and technology adoption.
- You will lead the team and effectively resource the Influencer practice, setting work priorities and delivery.
- You will be the senior relationship holder for clients in Influencer, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
- You will lead the career development, retention and engagement of the Influencer team.
- You will ensure that all commercials meet the required guidelines against targeted profitability
- You will be responsible for the retention of key clients and their targeted growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and c.10 years of experience
- Highly commercial with demonstrable experience in managing a successful, efficient and profitable delivery team
- Demonstrable success in optimising Influencer delivery through automation, processes and technology
- A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
- Passionate about leading teams and growing the careers and knowledge of those around you
- Experience of building, collating and delivering training and certification/accreditions
