What's the role
We are looking for a media & marketing data insights specialist who will be responsible for tracking the performance of media campaigns and orchestrating reports on media coverage, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness through predictive models to optimize across various marketing and advertising channels.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in campaign analysis, social listening, creating predictive models, and digital marketing with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze marketing data and user behavior to provide insights on campaign performance, pet parent behavior, and website conversion rates.
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies and engagement.
- Use data analytics and visualization tools to understand pet parent preferences and improve overall business and marketing performance.
- Understand market trends, pet parent behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Create immersive experiences through the study of trends and pet parent behaviour to engage pet parents and promote a brand.
- Skills in dynamic optimization and scenario simulation to test different marketing strategies and predict their outcomes.
- Apply machine learning to predict pet parent behavior, enhance retention, and optimize marketing performance.
- Use natural language processing to analyze pet parent feedback and social media sentiment.
Key platforms and tools:
- Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) to homologate and monitor consumer
data. - Use audience analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce) to track and analyze audience data.
- Experience working with marketing mix models.
- Use data management and statistical analysis software (e.g. SQL, Big Query, R, Python
or specialized MMM software) for data analysis and model creation. - Use listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google trends) for social media sentiment
and trends.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, actuary, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in audience analytics, campaign analysis, and social listening.
- Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, display ads, web, and email.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong level of English
- Ability to be in our Mexico City office 2-3 times per week.
