What's the role
Brainlabs is looking for a Media Supervisor to manage performance and brand awareness campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, and others.
The role will be responsible for leading media operations for a group of clients, managing analysts, ensuring the delivery of results, and strengthening relationships with strategic clients.
Additionally, they will contribute to process development and team growth, aligning operations with Brainlabs' global best practices.
What you do
- Digital media campaign management: Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns on Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, and other marketplaces.
- Performance optimization: Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Reports and dashboards: Build reports, translating data into strategic insights.
- Results presentation: Lead strategic meetings, daily check-ins, and war rooms with clients and internal teams.
- Growth strategy: Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and optimize media investments.
- Process management and innovation: Develop and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Team management and development: Supervise analysts, ensuring efficient campaign execution and fostering team growth
Who you are
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Proven experience in online media management
- Proven AMAZON DSP experience
- A strategic decision maker, using data and market trends
- Experience in client presentations and strategy defence
- Knowledge of the publishing market is a plus
- Experience in team leadership and talent development
