What you'll do:
- Work directly with Buynomics’ founders on the budgeting and forecasting process; gather financial data for analysis and projections concerning profits, trends, costs, and compliance
- Implement, develop, and provide commercial/strategic financial analysis on KPIs giving data-driven insights to aid decision-making
- Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders - including Investor reporting
- Ensure compliant accounting & bookkeeping, continuously improving debtor and creditor management setup as well as our invoicing processes
- Expanding the use of data (and data analytics), utilizing existing tools to develop further our current suite of performance reporting
What you'll need:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar discipline Professional certification / Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or any equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A role within a fast-growing environment. B2B SaaS is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Advanced excel experience with a high proficiency in financial modeling (i.e., P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and business case/scenario development
- Strategic thinker and strong problem solver
- Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly
- Creative, innovative, and resourceful, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
