What you'll do: 

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating Marketing Qualified Leads: Implement strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing conversion potential.
  • Empowering Sales: Design and oversee sales enablement initiatives to accelerate sales velocity, enhance conversion rates, and equip our sales team with the tools needed to close deals effectively.
  • Establishing Thought Leadership: Spearhead the creation of a thought leadership-driven content engine to fuel lead generation efforts and solidify our position as industry frontrunners.
  • Crafting Comprehensive Strategies: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy and demand generation campaigns aimed at driving new customer acquisition, expanding pipeline growth, and elevating brand recognition.
  • Optimizing Customer Engagement: Innovate nurture and customer engagement programs to bolster lead generation, foster customer retention, and maximize upsell opportunities.
  • Strategic Resource Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget and technology stack to meet growth targets efficiently while streamlining operational processes.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress against objectives and leverage data-driven insights to steer strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to execute strategies and achieve ambitious growth plans.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the founders and leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the overarching company strategy.

What you'll need:

To thrive in this role, you should have a proven track record in:

  • Strategic B2B Marketing: Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing B2B marketing strategies, particularly within the Enterprise market. Experience in pioneering new and emerging categories is highly advantageous.
  • Pipeline Growth and Brand Awareness: Proficiency in building and accelerating pipeline growth while concurrently elevating brand awareness, especially within startup and scale-up environments.
  • Thought Leadership and Demand Generation: Successful track record in creating impactful, thought leadership-driven content that drives demand generation and engages target audiences effectively.
  • Sales Enablement and Multimedia Resources: Experience in developing multimedia sales enablement resources to bolster sales velocity and empower the sales team to navigate and close deals efficiently.
  • Leadership in Marketing Teams: Proven ability to lead high-performing marketing teams, steering them towards achieving ambitious growth targets and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

In addition to the above, you should possess:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering engaging presentations at a senior level.
  • Results-Driven and Data-Enabled Approach: A results-oriented mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic management and decision-making processes.
  • Strong Project Management: Excellent project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects and team members remain on track amidst dynamic environments.
  • Adaptability and Comfort with Ambiguity: Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritization, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, essential qualities for thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
