What you'll do:
- Work very closely with the founders & senior management to drive high-impact company-wide initiatives aimed at business development and shaping the corporate strategy
- Support the founders & senior management in preparation for company-wide and external presentations, including in-depth analytics of key business metrics
- Drive cross-functional strategic and tactical projects in collaboration with all the teams across the organization (e.g., product, sales, customer value, etc.)
- Conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage, and analyze relevant business data to explore new growth opportunities (e.g., in industries and services)
- Support the founders & senior management in product launch-related tasks such as ensuring high-quality business operations and supporting business development
- Research, select, implement, and develop technological tools to improve the operational efficiency of our internal teams
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree program in business, economics, physics, mathematics (Master's degree or MBA) or a similar field
- Proven strong academic background with exceptional achievements, including high performance throughout the academic career
- Strong analytical capabilities, quick comprehension, and the ability to understand complex relationships. Additionally, excellent numerical understanding, demonstrated remarkable proficiency in mathematics, and exhibit strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with outstanding skills in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and German
- Previous work experience in an internship or working student position is desirable in a fast-paced environment, e.g., top-tier consultancy, startup, VC
