Function: 

BVNK are seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our Commercial team as a Business Development Representative. This role reports directly to the group Sales Director whilst still working closely with Sales, Marketing, Trading & Lending Desk, Product, Operations and Risk teams. This role will encompass all aspects of the sales process; outbound lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. The candidate will work with the Sales team to qualify leads, prospect for and build relationships with prospective clients across all target verticals.

 

The different target client verticals we have at BVNK consist of:

  • Crypto native businesses 
  • Mid-Market Multinationals
  • Global Corporate Service Providers 
  • Global Family offices & Wealth Managers
  • High Net Worth Individuals 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact and qualify all leads received via the groups marketing and PR efforts 
  • Acquire, develop and maintain relationships with inbound and outbound prospects in relevant verticals and moving leads from prospect to active client 
  • Understand the needs of clients at every stage of their development and consider how BVNK may continue to add value while also evaluating competitor activities
  • General sales admin such as keeping CRM up to date, booking meetings for senior sales team members and crafting compelling proposals for prospective clients
  • Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with clients 

Skills And Experience

  • Experience - 1-2 years in financial market, SaaS or PaaS sales/business development
  • Experience in fintech, commercial banking, wealth management, broking or at an investment house is a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Product knowledge – investment & brokerage product knowledge. Digital asset product knowledge is a distinct advantage but not essential
