About the role:

With a head count of 100 employees across London, Cape Town, Germany, Bulgaria, Dubai and more, BVNK is looking for an ambitious Senior People Partner to build and grow the People function of the business from the ground up while keeping our people at the centre of everything we do whilst we scale. You will be key to assisting with the development of our People & Culture strategy to help realise this vision and will further develop the culture to ensure we remain true to our core values as we grow. 

 

As a Senior People Partner, your responsibilities include:

 

-Employee Onboarding experience 

-Leading people initiatives that build a strong culture within a balanced work environment

- Implement a scoring system (eNPS) that helps us track employee engagement and measure the impact of our people and culture initiatives

-Learning and development

-Career roadmaps

-Implementing regular 360 reviews

-Building out the Performance Management process to focus on developing key talents and growing our own future leaders;

 Reviews

-Culture - ensuring business values, mindset are clearly communicated, understood and aligned to company policies, procedures and rewards

-Enable a culture of recognition that is aligned with our values

-Oversee company-wide compensation and benefits programs, policies, and guidelines

-Owning company policies
