About the role:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join BVNK. You will organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Primary responsibilities
- Organise office operations and procedures:
- Planning and arranging office deliveries
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Take stock and record all office assets
- Sending and receiving assets/ swag to and from other BVNK entities
- Arranging access to the building for new starters
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Provide general support to visitors - i.e. booking meeting rooms and making sure there are refreshments for meetings
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, wifi and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, health and safety and security services
- Help to plan and organise the logistics around in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
About you:
This role could be a great opportunity if you:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- French speaking proficiency would be an advantage
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

- This role is based in our London Office.
