About the role:

We are looking for an Office Manager to join BVNK. You will organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Primary responsibilities

  • Organise office operations and procedures:
    • Planning and arranging office deliveries
    • Managing office supplies and equipment 
    • Take stock and record all office assets 
    • Sending and receiving assets/ swag to and from other BVNK entities 
    • Arranging access to the building for new starters 
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Provide general support to visitors - i.e. booking meeting rooms and making sure there are refreshments for meetings 
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, wifi and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, health and safety and security services
  • Help to plan and organise the logistics around in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

 

About you:

This role could be a great opportunity if you:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • French speaking proficiency would be an advantage
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Logistics

  • This role is based in our London Office.
  • You will be required to work in the office for 5 days a week during normal business hours.
