About this Role

BVNK is seeking a motivated and proactive candidate to join our global commercial team as an Account Manager focusing on all aspects of account management and customer success. You will report directly to the VP Customer Success. You are someone with a high level of initiative, expertise in account management, onboarding, KYC, financial products and customer service. You understand payments/FX and are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto financial systems.

What you will do

  • Proactively maintain and extend existing customer relationships
  • Responsible for deepening existing relationships, growing the share of wallet by delivering a tailored value proposition to existing customers 
  • Exceed allocated business targets: e.g. market coverage, cross- and upselling of products
  • Collect market intelligence to share with broader sales and product teams
  • Responsible for putting together a structured outreach plan (prioritizing, defining outreach objectives along with KPIs & KPAs)
  • Maximize in person contact with high priority accounts and touch other accounts digitally (phone or zoom) or when the opportunity presents itself at third party conferences
  • Guide and mentor Customer Support teams to facilitate customer queries in professional and speedy manner 

Desired Skills And Experience 

  • Experience -  3-5 years account management / customer success / business development
  • Track record - successful track record of growing an existing portfolio of clients and increasing portfolio annualised recurring revenue
