This is what you will do

  • Work with the marketing, account management and support teams to assess the current state of our knowledge base and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review frequently asked questions from customers, assess potential solutions and develop relevant content material.
  • Write clear and concise support content that addresses common customer queries and pain points.
  • Restructure knowledge base to improve usability for humans & AI technology
  • Work independently to ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Review terminology usage across platforms to ensure consistency and avoid misunderstandings
  • Liaise with internal local teams (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) to ensure quality of content
  • Assist in the development of strategies to promote the revamped knowledge base to our customer base.

This is what you will need to succeed 

  • Highly accurate and independent working style
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to understand process issues and work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English (C1-C2), additional languages a plus
  • Currently studying or have completed a degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Passionate about improving customer experience and solving problems
