Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a successful, profitable advertising revenue model for our producers by leveraging their vehicles fleet, in collaboration with Branding team and other departments in CAFU.
  • Develop and execute in-app advertising strategies to reach and engage target customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams to integrate advertisements seamlessly within the app experience.
  • Analyze advertising performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive in-app advertising strategy to maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify target audiences, create ad placement opportunities, and optimize ad performance.
  • Manage the creation and promotion of engaging digital content through a dedicated YouTube channel.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives to drive audience engagement and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to expand reach and monetization opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and management of the e-commerce platform for car care products.
  • Optimize the platform's product presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase conversions.
  • Develop and execute a monetization strategy for the company's e-commerce platform.
  • Identify revenue streams, optimize product pricing, and implement effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Launch a carbon emissions offsetting offering to our fuel and other customers.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Ability to develop and execute effective monetization strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the capacity to identify revenue optimization opportunities and most importantly the ability to hustle and get the job done.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth through various channels, including in-app advertising, e-commerce platforms, and digital content monetization. Proficiency in identifying revenue streams, pricing strategies, and implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including in-app advertising, digital content creation, social media marketing, and SEO. Familiarity with audience targeting, ad placement optimization, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, influencers, and partners. Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance monetization opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to think creatively, identify emerging trends, and develop innovative monetization approaches. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new revenue models and technologies.
  • Effective project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing resources efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey monetization strategies, influence stakeholders, and present findings and insights effectively. Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with partners and optimize revenue-sharing agreements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, emerging technologies.
  • Proactive mindset to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Achieve revenue targets for each monetization channel (in-app advertising, e-commerce platform, digital content, etc.).
