As the CRM Lead, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of CRM campaigns, ensuring effective data collection, list segmentation, and campaign execution. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to lead digital communication strategies through innovative design, setup, and delivery. You will work on creating new customer journeys and auditing existing lifecycle automation for improvement areas. Proficiency with CRM and analytic tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CRM marketing strategy, including end-to-end execution across various channels, segmentation, testing, and continual evaluation for improvements.
  • Develop and set up triggers, creating customer journeys for various user lifecycles.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign metrics, sharing performance insights with the marketing team.
  • Support the deployment of direct communications with customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Brand, and Agency teams as well as other stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Customize and generate engagement/marketing reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts, researching and implementing best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the CRM team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and goals
Skills/Competencies Required:
  • 4-7 years of experience in CRM Automation and deployment.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation.
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods.
  • Advanced knowledge of segmentation concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with Clevertap is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Critical thinking and independent judgment capabilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, including email marketing, push notifications, In-App Notifications, and SMS.
  • Understanding of lifecycle management.
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
