Overview
As a Product Associate for our website, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online presence. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website delivers an exceptional user experience, aligns with business goals, and drives growth. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and creativity to optimize website performance and meet the evolving needs of our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Implement updates, enhancements, and bug fixes in collaboration with development and design teams.
- Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and track key performance metrics.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to engage users, enhance SEO, and drive conversion.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, relevant content.
- Conduct periodic content audits to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
User Experience Optimization:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve website navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to prototype and iterate new features and functionalities.
SEO and Traffic Generation:
- Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize visibility.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to align with target keywords and search intent.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align website initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate website updates and launches to support marketing campaigns, product releases, and promotional activities.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with start-up incubators, accelerators, and ideation.
- To have lead or been involved in any innovative initiatives.
- The successful candidate will posses a high level understanding of technical concepts.
- Previous experience with software development or data analysis is a plus
