Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations within varies industry sectors
- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding clients' goals, and ensuring their success with Cafu's offerings.
Account Management:
- Take ownership of B2B accounts, overseeing their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual business objectives.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships with existing clients.
- Actively contribute to business growth by leveraging existing relationships and exploring new avenues for partnership.
Requirements
- Degree educated and or min of 2 years lead generation or entry level sales.
- Proven experience in B2B account management.
- In-depth understanding of [industry-specific] operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
