Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations within varies industry sectors
  • Act as the primary point of contact, understanding clients' goals, and ensuring their success with Cafu's offerings.

Account Management:

  • Take ownership of B2B accounts, overseeing their success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual business objectives. 

 Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships with existing clients.
  • Actively contribute to business growth by leveraging existing relationships and exploring new avenues for partnership. 


  •     Degree educated and or min of 2 years lead generation or entry level sales.
  •      Proven experience in B2B account management.
  •      In-depth understanding of [industry-specific] operations and market dynamics.
  •      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •      Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  •      Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.
