What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in the growth of CAFU by generating qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.


What does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)

Identify and qualify potential customers through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach to

generate sales-ready leads.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor outreach and positioning of

CAFU’s services effectively.

· Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to create interest and set appointments for

the sales team.

· Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and lead


· Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, opportunity generation, and other

metrics as defined by the company.


What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

· Proven experience in a similar outbound sales or lead generation role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
