Job Purpose

  • Develop a network of clients in Qatar buying bitumen and PMB (polymer modified bitumen)
  • Oversee the entire Sales process, from securing LPOs to ensure payments, while documenting all transactions for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with the Bahraini team to streamline sales operations ensuring efficient manufacturing and timely delivery of products to clients in Qatar via trucking logistics.
  • Actively seeking business opportunities within the local market.
  • The sales Manager will be backed up by accounts and finance team in Dubai


  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Prior experience in the construction materials industry, with a particular emphasis on bituminous materials, will be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, showing an ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and nurturing of productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
