Responsibilities

  • Develop breakthrough campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion, working in a close-knit creative partnership with a Copywriter.
  • Create fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels.
  • Push and challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create award-winning work.
  • You’re responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.
  • Be comfortable designing hard-working performance marketing assets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer / art director.
  • Previous agency experience is a must
  • Strong and sophisticated design skills across a variety of programs
  • Motion Graphic Skills (a plus)
  • Curious mindset with a positive attitude that's eager to learn; proactive in coming up with ideas
  • Acute attention to detials and highly organized — able to successfully prioritize across multiple projects.
  • Be on the pulse of culture – Not only do you need to understand of GCC media markets and consumers, you need to know where culture is heading.
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
