Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our CAFU Ads team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing an all-around sales cycle for both digital and outdoor CAFU Ads products via prospecting clients, qualifying, meetings, proposal, and signing contracts, while keeping an eye on day-to-day operations and supporting the collection process of dues.  

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience within the UAE with a proven track record of achieving target and meeting KPIs while targeting a specific set of clients and focusing on meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize and secure new business opportunities. 
  • Drive revenue for CAFU Ads by seeking out business challenges with various marketing functions with clients and partner agencies. 
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions for all clients. 
  • Build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities. 
  • Construct persuasive sales proposals using market trends and case studies. 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, maintain a healthy payment collection cycle with the clients. 
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts, provide reports as needed, and recommend performance enhancement. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4+years of work experience in media sales, marketing, brand advertising or online advertising. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. 
  • Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships with both clients and agencies 
  • Passionate, energetic, driven to achieve progress and growth by thinking above and beyond. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. 
  • A team player who works well with other functional departments within CAFU. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
