Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and 
objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including negotiating and managing 
partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership initiatives, including product development, 
marketing, and operations.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure objectives are being met and partnerships 
are delivering value to the company.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and optimization within partnerships, and make 
recommendations to improve performance and drive growth.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that drive revenue 
growth and business expansion.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven 
recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong 
partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
