CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Country Operations Manager - Spain (m/f/d) to be based with our team in Berlin.

 

Your task:

  • Oversee vehicle processing on the platform
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Manage stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings
  • Coordinate and send reminders for self-collection
  • Act as the primary contact for issues related to document dispatch

Your profile:

  • Ideally experience in processing in the automotive industry (e.g. in a car dealership or at an auction platform)
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving orientated and data-driven
  • Strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skills
  • You have already gained some experience in working with CRM systems to process customer enquiries (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)
  • Native in Spanish and proficiency in English (German is a plus) are a requirement
