Solutions Architect (LATAM Region)

Your Mission:
- Guide customers through the entire project lifecycle—from presales and project implementation to launch and maintenance.
- Design, plan, and implement system architectures from a proof of concept to hands-on deployment.
- Drive the development and customization of our digital video delivery services.
- Manage projects and provide technical advice in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
Your Profile:
- Proficient in multiple programming languages for building proof of concepts and understanding existing solutions.
- Experienced with video streaming technologies like MPEG-DASH, HLS, and Smooth Streaming.
- Knowledgeable in Encoding, Packaging, and DRM.
- Familiar with video players (Shaka, Dash.js, Hls.js, ExoPlayer, AVPlayer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of security and encryption standards.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A reliable team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
