We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to support the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. Working alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will contribute to ensuring that castLabs continues to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support job postings on multiple platforms and assist with full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Coordinating take-home assessments, gathering candidate feedback, and maintaining communication with Hiring Managers.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Regularly update the Hiring Managers on recruitment progress.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and HR systems (e.g., Personio).
- A passion for supporting a positive candidate experience and improving recruitment processes.
