Talent Acquisition Specialist (Berlin)

You will come in and partner with our Founders and other key stakeholders in finding the best talent in the market for Charles with a focus on Sales, Customer Success and Marketing talent. You will be an instrumental part of the team in supporting us in our growth and building a top-class sales team by fostering strong relationships with candidates and our internal team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Charles, you will manage recruitment end-to-end and be fully responsible for providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all the relevant Hiring Managers at Charles
  • Provide the team with regular updates and full transparency of the state of each position
  • Be the go-to person for everything related to Sales, Customer Success and Marketing hiring
  • Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience to everyone candidate interviewing at charles
  • Continuously collect feedback from candidates in order to improve our processes and offerings
  • Sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, Google X Ray and other sourcing methods
  • Deep understanding of the DACH SaaS, B2B E-commerce talent landscape
  • You are ambitious, confident and charismatic
  • Outstanding communication skills in both German (native or minimum C1) and English
  • You are highly strategic and always have a game-plan to go-to-market and find the best talent
