Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As a Graphic Designer at charles, you are responsible for our brand perception and that our campaigns & performance ads are powered by high-quality content as well as ensuring all our documentation and materials internally are on-brand.
You will expand and support our brand language through marketing channels and B2B communication. You have creative thoughts and craft output by developing and delivering projects from brief to production. With an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, you understand how to explain the Charles product and mission in its imagery, articles, posts, campaigns, and visual language to attract new clients and make existing customers stick. You are design addicted and shape the Charles brand and its identity while never been satisfied. Last but not least, you are not afraid of the blank paper.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Deliver effective campaigns that make our brand outstanding. You will conceptualize campaigns from briefing to execution in partnership with our Copywriter and in line with our KPIs and funnel.
  • Continuously improve our baseline campaigns. You will be continuously improving the ongoing campaigns with new designs, headlines, strategies to achieve better performance while contributing to the experimental & creative culture of Studios
  • Creating a brand-holistic approach. Partner with other teams to bring creativity and high-quality design into their templates presentations and materials. In particular, building a strong partnership with the sales department by bringing creativity and persuasion to their pitch materials.
  • Create customer in-chat concepts and pioneer advertising in the cCom revolution. Make customers become sticky & successful with smart in-chat campaigns to enable growth & success. You will also boost our testimonial section with inspiring customer stories.
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Brand or Communication Designer with a focus on digital and web environments.
  • You are fluent in German (native or minimum C1) and English.
  • You have solid verbal and written skills and you are able to stay focused when talking to multiple stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Figma, Adobe products
  • You are very comfortable working with A/B testing and KPI/performance-driven indicators
  • You have a strong design aesthetic and understanding of user experience, and web development experience is a plus
  • You have previous experience partnering and delivering design solutions to drive sales
  • You ideally have previous experience in a SaaS/B2B background (ideally commerce
