(Junior/Mid-level) IT manager

As an IT manager you will be responsible for coordinating, planning and managing IT related activities in ​a thriving organisation. You develop an understanding of the needs of the business, with passion for enhancing the business and the organisation with the best and most suitable technology and automation out there. You collaborate day to day with People Ops, Product and Technology, and Leadership on various IT projects.
  • Oversee the asset procurement and management with our IT supplier as well as internally.

  • Employee digital management such as technology related onboarding/ offboarding and training

  • IT project management regarding updates, upgrades, certifications, migrations, etc

  • Security management including office, digital assets, IT tooling, auditing

  • Supplier relationship management

  • Sales support for enterprise deal RFIs

  • Compliance management such as ISO27001 maintenance

  • IT policies development, documentation and implementation

  • Regular reporting for governance

  • Direction to more junior IT members

  • BSc in Computer Science, Business IT or Management and Technology

  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience

  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

  • Expertise in standards and compliance management in a technology organisation

  • Hands on experience with business productivity tools, Office 365, Google, as well as possibly Google Cloud, Hubspot, Notion, Clickup, Keeper

  • Ability to work with remote personnel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent reporting skills

  • You are fluent in German (C1 to native) and English
