As our Head of Demand Generation, you will play an instrumental part in making Charles a global Conversational Commerce leader, by building a demand engine around our mission.
  • Define team OKRs in line with the business goals and ensure ambitious yet realistic goals
  • Orchestrate marketing activities across all channels & countries with a multi-million budget
  • Lead, develop and scale a team of marketing experts across different channels
  • Define and implement our Inbound B2B machinery to support our sales goals
  • Build a successful collaboration framework with our Marketing Leads.
  • Partner with other relevant stakeholders at charles to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach
  • Solid experience in successfully managing 7-digit Marketing budgets
  • Deep understanding of Growth Marketing with a passion for Branding & Content
  • Previous experience building and leading Growth teams
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty if needed to drive growth
  • Great people leadership skills able to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills and getting the best out of your team
  • Experience with data analysis and marketing-related metrics and KPIs
  • You have the ability to align Product, Sales, Marketing, Brand, and PR to create a unified company voice
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills in English across different platforms (E-Mail, Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, face-to-face).
