About the team

As a key member of our Engineering Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving and coordinating technical projects that span across various teams and products within our organization.
In this role, you won't have any direct reports, but you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse group of peers. Your main focus will be on managing expectations and building strong relationships with stakeholders on a horizontal level.
Working closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product Managers, you'll be at the heart of our cross-team collaboration efforts. Your mission will be to champion and guide technical projects and programs that cut across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and smooth execution.

About your responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective project and program management practices for cross-team collaboration.
  • Promote and ensure adoption of these practices, aligning them with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders, providing support during the implementation.
  • Set up and continuously evolve project management standards, methods and best practices in the organization.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee process governance.
  • Monitor metrics and continuously improve project management effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, facilitate issue resolution, and manage change.
  • Document processes and foster knowledge sharing for organizational growth.

Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us

  • Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts related to software development, architecture, and infrastructure. Familiarity with software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Program Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to comprehend technical discussions and translate them for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing project data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical thinking to identify and address project roadblocks and risks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Strong documentation skills in English to maintain accurate project records. Ability to prepare comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
