About the role

The Sales Enablement Intern plays a pivotal role in fostering team cohesion and efficiency within our sales department. Responsible for coordinating engaging EU/US sales events and outings, managing the Sales repository, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, the intern ensures a seamless and organized experience for the sales team. From event logistics to repository upkeep and onboarding coordination, this role contributes significantly to enhancing the overall effectiveness and collaboration within our dynamic sales environment.

About your responsibilities

Onboarding/Offboarding Support:

  • Regularly update documentation reflecting any changes at the company level, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to discuss necessary updates for onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Organize meetings for newcomers, considering team availability. 

Sales Repository Management

  • Maintain the organization and clarity of the Sales repository and update documentation as new materials become available.
  • Regularly review uploaded documents, flagging outdated content for attention by the sales ops team.
  • Solicit feedback from the sales team to enhance the user-friendliness of the repository.
  • Summarize changes made to the process repository regularly for reference and transparency.

Quarterly/Yearly expectations

Event Coordination

  • Organize and execute EU/US sales team events and outings regularly taking into account the team needs or new joiners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and venue providers to discuss possible dates, book venues, and inform the team.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Enablement Manager to align event budgets.

 Management Support

  • Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team
  • If required, compile data and generate reports to help prepare related decisions
  • Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with creating and updating training materials, presentations, and resources to support the sales team. Ensure content is clear, concise, and aligned with company messaging and values.

Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and willingness to learn new software applications
  • Excellent English language skills (both oral and written communication)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive attitude
