Chief Financial Officer (f/m/d) Berlin, Amsterdam, London

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (f/m/d) who will oversee our Finance function, and play a central and strategic role across the company and within the Executive Team.
As CFO you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to optimise, innovate, and enable sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll have ownership over day-to-day:
● Business planning and transformation - you’ll be proactive in studying internal and external data (e.g. product usage, employee data, commercial figures, market trends) in order to be able to tell a story on how the business is performing now, and how it could be. You will also drive our efforts in planning growth, investments and budgets.
● Informed decision-making - you’ll oversee the analysis of finance metrics, in order to draw meaningful insights and provide guidance and steering to senior leaders. ● Product advocacy - you’ll be excited about working for a product that’s designed to help finance leaders like yourself. You’ll devote time in gaining an in-depth understanding of the product, supporting the product roadmap and becoming a brand ambassador amongst your network.
● Compliance, regulation, business continuity - you’ll stay abreast of and adhere to relevant financial frameworks, cross-market regulators, investor and partner requirements, tax laws, and auditors.
● Day to day operations - you’ll lean in on your experience and best practice to oversee all tax & accounting, financial reporting and FP&A efforts, alongside any future refinancing/fundraising activities.
● Team design and development - you’ll design and structure your team in line with business requirements, and you’ll rely on your leadership abilities to hire, onboard, train, engage and develop your team.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
● Proven experience in leading and scaling a Finance function.
● Operational knowledge of tax and accounting with exposure to German and/ or EU tax systems.
● B2B SaaS company experience across multiple markets.
