We are Cherry Ventures, a leading early-stage VC firm in Berlin (London and Stockholm), seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter/Sourcer to join our talent advisory team.
In this role, you'll play a vital role in attracting exceptional candidates for both our portfolio companies and internal positions.
What you'll do:
- Become a Sourcing Expert: You'll be responsible for using LinkedIn and other tools to find top performers for our recruitment needs.
- Support the Recruitment Process: From screening resumes to scheduling interviews, you'll be a key part of ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Analyze Data & Identify Trends: You'll use data to understand our sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Learn the VC Landscape: Gain valuable insights into the world of venture capital and support the growth of innovative startups.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has an international background or exposure and thrives in a diverse environment.
- Is highly motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced industry.
- Has a genuine interest in recruitment and enjoys finding the right talent for the job.
- Is a LinkedIn expert and can effectively search for and connect with potential candidates.
- Is organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships.
- Has an existing permit to work in the EU/Germany
A plus if you have:
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of current HR and recruitment trends.
- A passion for data analysis.
