We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our mission-driven team and take charge of this newly created role that is vital to our success. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leadership, engineers, designers, and ESG professionals to shape the future of our ESG SaaS solutions globally.

Tasks

  • You turn our product strategy into a product that customers love.
  • You facilitate the planning and prioritization of product increments with customers, internal stakeholders, and your cross-functional squad consisting of an engineering lead, senior software engineers, and a designer.
  • You make sure the agile product processes and culture in and around your squad are outstanding: stage-adequate, constantly improving, relying on best practices, and as good as it gets.
  • You regularly talk to customers to deeply internalize their needs, wants, ways of thinking, and behaviors. You make sure that your squads and internal stakeholders share that thorough understanding.
  • You increase our use of data for decision-making, including projecting the business value and utilization of planned product increments and verifying them post rollout.
  • You inform and challenge Atlas Metrics’ product strategy and roadmap.
  • You regularly ask for feedback and facilitate internal and external mentorships.

Requirements

  • Expertise in product management: You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B Product Management, 2+ of which on a comparable product (B2B SaaS, 5-digit contract value, FinTech/HRtech/LegalTech). You have a proven track record of developing, launching, and maintaining complex software products, along with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. And, of course, you are experienced in and regularly conducting user research.
  • Growth mindset: You understand and have it.
  • Passion about sustainability: You have a strong interest in sustainability and ESG and seek to make the world a better place through your work.
  • Leadership and teamplay: You inspire people to reach the extraordinary. You have exceptional communication skills. You work collaboratively, consider what’s best for the team, and cherish diversity and inclusion.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You have a strong understanding of core business priorities and KPIs.
  • You’re fluent in English and German.
  • You’re experienced in working in a hybrid remote environment. Remote locations must be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. Being able to work 3+ days/week on-site in our beautiful office in Berlin is a big bonus. We regularly get together at colocation weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.

Benefits

  • A small (~30) team of smart and caring high-performers
  • A competitive salary with a generous equity package
  • A family-friendly work environment with flexibility and understanding around the hours you work
  • We invite you to our quarterly conference in Berlin, or, after a big achievement, to a very special location.
  • A new MacBook and a budget for accessories & equipment
  • Full social-security benefits
  • Urban Sports membership (or something similar of your choice)
  • 26 days of vacation (+1 added every year)
