Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Swap, you will be instrumental in building our product from the ground up, ensuring it is stable and scalable. You will join us during an exciting phase of hyper-growth, helping to shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced product manager with 3-5 years of experience, especially in e-commerce, to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Take a hands-on approach to building products from scratch.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive successful product launches.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze user feedback, data, and metrics to iterate and enhance products.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven product management experience, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in building products from the ground up.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
