CRM Manager

Reporting to our CRM Lead, we're looking for a CRM Manager, with an ambitious growth mindset. You will be responsible for developing compelling cross-channel engagement strategies (email, mobile notifications, in-product) and messaging that brings to life the proposition and product experience to increase usage, adoption and monetisation.

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll work closely with the CRM Lead to define better ways of leveraging our CRM system globally, including processes, automation and best practices.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling cross-channel engagement strategies (email, push notifications, in-product) and messaging that brings to life the proposition and product experience to increase usage, adoption and monetisation globally.
  • You'll steer the customer journey, using your skills in segmentation, loyalty propositions, and retention to increase engagement and growth. There are no direct reports, giving you the chance to make your mark and set the stage for future success.
  • Develop and implement insight led, actionable and scalable CRM content that activate users, drive repeat behaviour and grows loyalty.
  • Define user segmentation, size opportunities, prioritise initiatives and implement flows and campaigns that will drive incremental growth and deliver against our KPIs.
  • Be a data and CRM champion - lead the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the current CRM and surrounding tech stack.
  • Challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies.
  • You will need to be hands on and delivery focused, playing an active role in knowledge sharing between CRM and product.
  • Ensure adherance to data compliance, security, and GDPR best practices for data governance, storage, processing, etc.
  • Stay up to date on the current and future landscape of marketing technologies and best practice to ensure the firm are at the cutting edge of marketing.

Skills we'd love you to have

  • Proven experience in an engagement marketing function in a B2C digital business.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional retention and engagement projects independently
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven track record of turning data into actionable insights for improving engagement and retention KPIs
  • Organized and critical thinker and the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Strong and divergent creative mind who constantly keeps an eye on trends and inspiration in the market.
  • A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, communicating our value proposition clearly and acting as the guardian of our brand identity.
