What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.

  • Identify and act on opportunities through (y)our growing prospect and account network.

  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, up to the C-suite.

  • Nurture existing customers, manage contract extensions/renewals, and always look for opportunities for a cross / upsell while building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Create proposals, lead RFP responses, and manage deal negotiations through closing and hand-over to the delivery team.

  • Present the value of the CLEVR solutions to decision-making executives.

  • Support and coach other sales Imagineers and help drive commercial awareness within the CLEVR organization. 



What we ask from you:

  • More than 7 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in IT.

  • Experience in selling software combined with services.

  • A consulting approach to understand the customer’s needs and collectively identify opportunities to implement, define and develop solutions to improve business processes.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, up to C-level, in sales processes, externally and internally.

  • Experience and creativity to show the value of Annual Recurring Revenue  business models to customers.

  • You have a strong focus on closing deals and hitting your sales targets while serving the best interests of your customers and CLEVR.

  • Go-to-market approach, you can manage relationships with key partners such as Mendix and Siemens.

  • Experience to define and improve sales-related processes.



About you

  • You are a team player but can also work independently when needed. It’s all about execution power.

  • You are a self-starter capable of building relevant connections with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in Dutch, English,  and preferably German.

  • You are detail-oriented and meticulous in numbers and sales proposals.

  • You are tech-savvy, and competent with CRM, MS Office, Confluence, etc.
