What makes this role unique
Recruitment’s main goal is reaching our high growth target in different countries. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have a strong focus on our expansion in Germany. With creativity, speed and influence you will achieve your goal working alongside our highly motivated Talent Acquisition team who cannot wait to start this journey with you.
Your main responsibilities will include attracting PLM Engineers and Mendix IT Consultants, while also recruiting for CLEVR staff roles in Germany, but it could be the case that you also help with recruitment activities across our other international offices. You will be expected to utilize effective and innovative sourcing methods to quickly fill our pipeline in a competitive market. But don’t worry, you will get the resources and support needed to reach the recruitment targets within budget while making a significant impact in your own way.

Your role will include
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including Introducing new initiatives to attract new high-quality talent while looking for ways to improve the candidate’s experience. To achieve this, you will be collaborating with hiring managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Besides identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization, you will be participating in and driving specified talent acquisition events and activities, and improving our career page and social media content.
What you bring to the table
- Experience working in (corporate) recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented, paying attention to each job post’s needs.
- You have excellent communication skills, you will need them when conversing with hiring managers and potential applicants.
- You have a problem-solving mentality, with an ability to think quickly and shift gears in a constantly changing environment.
- You are a strong networker with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- You are fluent in English and German (Dutch or Norwegian are a big plus).
