We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Safety Surveillance Physician on a permanent basis, while working on projects from our varied client base, ranging from small to big pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new safety signals and trends by conducting systematic reviews of case and aggregate date with a focus on spontaneous adverse event reports from safety databases. Provide recommendation for further evaluation.
- Review, analyze, interpret, and summarize case and aggregate safety data from clinical, post-marketing and observational studies, medical literature, and product quality
- Participate as member of the matrix teams to address product specific safety
- Assist in the development and implementation of product surveillance of spontaneous adverse event reports, product specific medical safety assessments, pharmacovigilance, and risk mitigation plans.
- Assist in the evaluation of novel and computer assisted tools and methodologies for analysis of safety data.
- Perform tasks hands-on as an individual
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to other surveillance physicians including oversight of day-to-day activities, medical review and safety report content
- Thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that the team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project
- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and costumer
- Track progress, review project tasks, and prepare compliance metrics to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
- Maintain timelines and target.
Requirements:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine
- Years of relevant experience: 2-4 years including clinical and previous corporate experience
- Must possess thorough knowledge of Research; Literature Review and Appraisal; Medical Writing
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders despite tight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
