Role Summary

- PMO responsible for building product portfolio and product pipeline through Ideation, Merger and Acquisition, Legal Entity changes, White labelling Transfer Product.

- Develop project plans, identify dependencies, create, and assess time and budget estimates, analyze critical path, analyze risks and constraints, and identify resource requirements.

- Supervise high performing teams to ensure high quality deliverables are met in strict timelines.

- Monitor and make sure team deliverables meet expected quality, financial and productivity targets.

-Workflow management: Planning work allocation, assigning and directing work to team and also acting as a subject matter expert for the team. Assuring timely movement of project workflow   through the process steps in accordance with customer expectations and ICH/FDA regulations and guidelines.

- Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities

- Ensure operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

- Lead the planning and implementation of project.

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.

- Define project tasks and resource requirements.

- Manage project budget, project resource allocation, plan and schedule project timelines.

- Track project deliverables/ SLAs using appropriate tracking tools and provide direction and support to project team

- Assist management and work closely with other managers to address problem areas, staffing and equipment needs and work scheduling for current and projected project workloads to meet timely deliverables.

- Monitoring and motivating team to achieve and maintain acceptable levels of performance.

- Manage workflow and handle additional workflow as and when required. Plan and monitor extra working on weekends and holidays and ensure optimum resource utility.

- Work closely with the training team and team leaders and identify training requirements of resources and ensure delivery of such trainings.

- Prepare and Present weekly and monthly performance dashboards.

- Seat Mapping and Optimization. Ensure seats are optimally utilized and extra seats are not utilized and billed.

- Monitor and Manage Overall Attendance and Leaves of the Project and ensure attendance shrinkage is within acceptable standards.

- Participate in inspections and audit interviews and assistance in preparing responses for Corrective and Preventive Action Plan issues as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Should be Masters in Business Management.
• Should have experience in managing projects in Merger & Acquisitions with strong understanding in business operations & business acumen.
• Should have 7+ years of experience in Program / Project Management.
• Should possess excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
• Should be proactive and solution-centric in approach.
