Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review of vendor contracts, purchase requests/purchase orders, vendor invoices, and timesheet submissions.
- Coordinate with internal (project managers; finance teammates; etc.) and external (vendor; contractors; etc.) stakeholders for expense review and approval.
- Accurately import and enter expense data into ERP system, with requisite specification for financial dimensions
- Assist with preparation of periodic vendor reporting and expense analysis
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with sound understanding in GAAP and IFRS.
- 1-2 years of work experience in accounting preferred. Professional experience with multinational corporations, international stakeholders, and life science/Contract Research Organization (CRO) company preferred but not required.
- Professional written and verbal proficiency English required.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the schedules of team members in different time zones, primarily U.S. Eastern Time, is required.
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with multi-dimensional ERP system, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, is preferred but not required.
