ClinChoice is hiring multiple Financial Analysts to join our Finance Shared Service Center in Armenia. These positions will play an integral role in supporting the global forecasting, planning, and management reporting process. These candidates will report to Associate Director, FP&A and will also partner with teams across finance and other departments.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Perform data extraction from ERP system and basic formatting.
• Perform routine financial data compilation using Excel formula or Power Query.
• Generate management reporting schedules and charts/visualization in Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI.
• Assist in data entry, compilation and reconciliation in forecasting and budgeting exercise.
• Collaborate with other FP&A team members to drive management reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct ad-hoc data transformation and analysis at the request of management.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the schedules of team members in different time zones, primarily U.S. Eastern Time, is required.
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in English required.
• Strong analytical, intellectual curiosity and integrity, motivated to solve problems.
• Successful candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail and data integrity, and capability to handle complex datasets in an organized manner.
