Senior Account Representative – Financial Institutions

An Senior Account Representative- Financial Institutions at Convera, is responsible for delivering against all revenue and retention targets. The Candidate will work with a portfolio of financial institutions clients on their domestic and international payments to achieve set business goals. The candidate will be expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements and be their day-to-day contact to help with inquiries and challenges in North America (USA/Canada).

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide expertise in the areas of foreign exchange and payment solutions.
  • Maintain excellent business relationships with clients.
  • Processing and helping clients process payments over the phone or online.
  • Opportunity discovery and upselling to obtain 100% wallet share.
  • Monitoring market conditions.
  • Ensure an excellent service delivery and develop growth opportunities within all customer segments to maximize their revenue potential and increase retention.
  • Intervene and assist with problematic queries when needed by liaising with business partners and customers.
  • Develop proposals with key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to support client.

You should apply if you have:

  • Customer focused individual with strong initiative/drive & passion for foreign exchange and payments in North America(USA/Canada).
  • Strong computer skills, including salesforce.com, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in financial institutions and/or FX Sales.
  • 5-7 years’ experience working within the Foreign Exchange industry.
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing customer relationships.
  • Comfortable in person/on the phone with clients to explore their needs and present solutions.
  • Pro-active and takes initiative with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving activity, new relationships, opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships while Driving activity for new relationships, opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
