As a Senior IAM QA Engineer with Convera, based in our Pune office, you will be a motivated and experienced IAM QA professional.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating test plan, defining test cases, executing test cases
  • Understanding identity management domain and must be experienced in identity management functional testing.
  • Creating all QA-related documentation.
  • Creating test data to support the execution of functional and non-functional testing activities.
  • Executing test scripts and documenting test results with evidence.
  • Collaborating with engineering team to resolve defects identified during testing cycles.
  • Ensuring adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinating Internal and Product team UAT testing.
  • Innovating how to improve our QA processes.
  • Understanding code deployment and promoting model and various QA environments to perform required testing.
  • Establishing and improving formal QA processes and standards and ensuring that company and industry's best practices are maintained on project.
  • Adhering to software quality assurance standards, processes, and controls as it pertains to development cycle.
  • Knowledge of Identity management product such as SailPoint, OKTA, CyberArk etc.

You should apply if you have:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
  • 5+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management
  • 3+ years of SailPoint IIQ Testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience on working with SailPoint Identity IQ Testing of various modules like; Access Lifecycle Management, Certifications, Role Management, AD, SCIM, JDBC, Quick links, Disconnected applications.
  • Hands-on experience in creating test data, test plan, test strategy, testing status report etc.
  • Experience with other IAM products like PingFederate, OKTA, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Delinea
  • Experience in IAM automation testing
  • Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
  • CISSP, or other industry recognized security certification(s)
  • Motivation and are a team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
