Digital Relationship Manager – Hong Kong

  The overriding main functions of this role are to:

  • Maximise portfolio potential by retaining clients as well as identifying upside or upsell opportunities
  • Onboard and nurture our clients via our online platforms (Legacy platforms and New GTM platform/s)
  • Promote a self service model to our clients, utilizing our platform capabilities to enhance efficiency and client engagement

 

In your role as Digital Relationship Manager, you will:

 

  • Take ownership of approximately 500-600 SME clients, providing an excellent customer experience & using “sales through service” techniques to ensure retention and increased spend
  • This is very much a team role, with team targets across all team accounts
  • Implement regional business plans as devised by Inside Sales team leader
  • Engage with members of VOC (Voice of Customer), Product and Digital teams, providing client feedback in appropriate formats
  • Develop requirements for improvements in platform as necessary, engaging with Customer Success and Global Product teams
  • Leverage centrally generated Data and Analytics reports to target and contact clients with potential for cross/upsell and collaborate with subject matter experts such as the Corporate Hedging Managers or Pre Sales specialists
  • Respond to incoming requests via Middle Office support (by phone, online, etc) and answer/route appropriately
  • Ensure reaccreditation of accounts every year or as prescribed by the Risks Rating assigned.
  • Work with GTM Marketing on reactivation and nurturing campaigns
  • Leverage existing Digital 1st client referrals to mine for new business
  • Identify Upside/ Upsell Opportunities to grow the clients potential
  • Engage and adopt the DRM Framework for the appropriate client engagement and tasks e.g Account Review Calls

 

 

You will ideally have:

  • 2+ years of progressive inside sales/service experience within a Financial Services or other relevant sector
  • Successful selling/service experience with services or intangible products (e.g. platform)
  • Understanding of payments industry and FX services advantageous but not essential
  • we want you to display a desire to provide your clients with a premium level of customer service.
  • You’ll need to be commercially astute and understand how to lead and drive revenue with existing clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, rapport, and credibility with clients on the phone and via email.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments
