As a Payment Processing Assistant with Convera based in our Santa Ana office, you will need to provide consistent, quality service by working closely with Client Support, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders in facilitating customer transactions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Book deals on behalf of our customers, ensuring that all provided information is sufficient to process transactions. 
  • Process outgoing transactions using various methods and currencies. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and clients to ensure timely processing of requests. 
  • Create and amend beneficiary templates on behalf of our customers. 

You should apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or student). 
  • A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Shift hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days a week in office(In office days: Tuesday and Thursday).
