As a Customer Administration Coordinator at Convera, based in our Vilnius office, you will build client accounts on our bespoke systems to allow Go To Market (front office) teams to get the transactions and revenue required to help meet our targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining all existing client records and making changes to keep things as up-to-date as possible. Working hours 7 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday. 

You will be responsible for:  

• Configuring customer accounts on our back-end systems to create bespoke trading products  
• Amending existing customer accounts to customize trading products and keep records up-to-date 
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and customers effectively 
• Support KYC (Know Your Customer) Processes

You should apply if you have: 

• Higher education degree or last year student   
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, as well as high attention to details and analytical mindset  
• Excellent spoken and written English skills 
• Ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment 
• Client centric mindset 
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
